Family and Friends support group.

Who is it for?

Anyone who has a partner, relative or friend with complex emotional needs. Your relative does not have to have a formal diagnosis of personality disorder for you to join the support group. Your relative does not have to be accessing services for you to join. We welcome members from Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and adjacent areas.

How might we help.

We can provide:

  • The opportunity to meet others in a similar situation and to share experiences.
  • The chance to meet professional staff and learn from them about personality disorder.
  • Ongoing support group and networks.

We meet monthly as a friendly and helpful group to support each other. We also run regular learning sessions run by local professionals to help us understand how best to help our loved ones.
